As a part of the Office 365 license/subscription, Fort Worth ISD users are entitieled to install Microsoft Office on up to 5 seperate computers/devices.  This provides our district with a standard version to use in both the workplace and outside of the campus/office on their own personal computer(s).  ***Microsoft Office is already installed on ÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« computers/laptops.***

Outlook Contact (Distribution) Lists are groups of email recipients that are addressed as a single recipient. Contact Lists are generally used to send email to groups of people without having to manually enter every single email address. Employees can create their own personal distribution (contact) list if they cannot find a specific list in the Global Address Book. This QRG will walk you through the steps to create, share, and edit a contact list in the desktop version of Outlook.

No one likes spam or junk email. The Outlook Junk Email Filter doesn’t stop delivery of junk email messages, but does the next best thing—it moves suspected spam to the Junk Email folder. It's a good idea to regularly review messages in the Junk Email folder to check for legitimate messages that were incorrectly classified as junk.

Each school has three distribution lists. For example, the distribution list for location 001 is DL-M-001ClassroomTeachers, DL-M-001TeacherAssistants, and DL-M-AmonCarterRiversideHs.
