  • How do I get help for technical issues?

    If you are having problems with your device, hotspot, or District account, your first contact should be your home campus.  Each campus has personnel that can help you with minor issues, and they can provide information to escalate the problem if needed.  You can also view our self-help resources found on this page: /Page/24263.   • How do I access and join my Canvas courses?

    Canvas courses are created via the sync with Focus.  All students enrolled in a teacher's class in Focus are automatically enrolled in the corresponding Canvas course.  There is no need for an enrollment link, code, etc.  Students will need to access Canvas via the ÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« ClassLink Portal, and they will find their courses on their Canvas dashboard.

  • Where do I get the join code for my Google Classroom?

    Google Classroom generates a unique code for each Google Classroom. Students and families receive the code through ÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« student email, Blackboard ParentLink, or their teacher. Inside of the Google Classroom app, click on the plus sign in the upper right corner, select join class, and insert the code.

  • Where can the digital learning platforms be accessed?

    Canvas, Google Classroom, and Seesaw (Pre-K) are accessible through a web browser or mobile app (iOS and Android). The learning platforms work on laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, and mobile devices.

    Students should go through ClassLink to access each platform.  Please view the resources for accessing ClassLink: /Page/24265 or go to , and log in with your student username and password.
