The Office of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships (SIP) plays a vital role in ÁùºÏ²Ê×ÊÁÏ´óÈ« by operationalizing the move from a Central Office to a District Service Center focused on increasing student achievement. Through a collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders, SIP facilitates and executes strategic-planning, process improvement initiatives, project management, grassroots communication, and performance management reviews. SIP serves as the direct connection to the voice of our families, community partners, and business community. As a part of the Office of the Deputy Superintendent of Administrative Services, SIP is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving positive change throughout the district.
