The Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System, or T-TESS, is the Texas Commissioner of Education's recommended rubric and is the adopted Teacher Evaluation system in Fort Worth ISD.
All teachers new to Fort Worth ISD (or returning from a break in service) must have a District-provided T-TESS Orientation at the first available date following their employment (see Board Policy DNA). For information about T-TESS Orientation, please click the red tile below.
