Investment Reports

  • Chapter 2256, Government Code known as the Public Funds Investment Act (PFIA) governs the investment of government funds in Texas.  In compliance with the PFIA, the District provides quarterly as well as annual investment reports.  The reports provide disclosure, accountability and transparency over the District’s investments of public funds.  Additionally, the reports provide oversight of the investment program, and communicate the results to the governing body, the citizens, and other interested parties.
