We strive to fulfill requests within 10 business days; however, depending on the scope of the request and our office’s capacity during periods of high volume, some requests may take longer to complete. We focus on requests that align with the district’s strategic priorities and may be unable to fulfill some requests; however, in all cases, we will communicate to you when we realistically expect to complete your request.
