Ms. Gonzales graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and received a Master's degree from Concordia University in Advanced Literacy. When she is not working on "teacher things," she likes to go running, take classes at the gym, read a book, or just relax at home with her beautiful cat Bella.

Mrs. Robledo attended Texas Woman’s University where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Bilingual Education. Her wish as a teacher is to inspire her students to explore, discover, and develop their own passions and interests. She wants to instill in them the importance of their native language and culture as well as their love of learning. She feels extremely happy and excited to be part of Manuel Jara Elementary School. It will be a wonderful school year!

Hello! My name is Ms. Romo and I am thrilled to be a part of Manuel Jara Elementary as a first-year teacher. It's an honor to have completed my student teaching right here, which has given me a deep understanding of the school's values and community. When I'm not in the classroom, I love spending quality time with my family and my adorable dog Bonnie.

My ultimate goal is to witness the growth and success of students. I am genuinely excited to see each one of them flourish throughout the year.
