Ms. Julia Laws
Ms. Laws grew up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and attended Texas Tech University for her Bachelor's Degree. She has been teaching Newcomers at Western Hills Elementary School since the 2015-2016 school year.
What she enjoys most about her job is the cultural diversity and relationship building with her students. Working with children from all over the world is her passion.
