Ms. Maria Garcia
Ms. Garcia is a proud graduate of the Fort Worth Independent School District. While in college, she realized that her true passion was learning about language acquisition, and she decided to study the language she knew best, Spanish. Mrs. Garcia received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from The University of Texas at Arlington and has been teaching since 2000 and started teaching at YWLA as a Spanish teacher since 2010. She currently sponsors Spanish Club, Spanish Honor Society, LULAC, and is the high school soccer coach.
