Important Service Update: A/C Restored

UPDATE: August 18, 2023 at 1:45 p.m.

 

Families,

We have been notified by the contractor that they have resolved their issue that impacted the air conditioning on several Fort Worth ISD campuses.

As a result, the central controls for the air conditioning systems are now functioning properly. However, please note that it may take a little time for the school buildings to cool down to the ideal temperatures.

We understand the importance of providing a comfortable learning environment for your child's education, and we want to assure you that their well-being remains our top priority.

Hemos sido notificados por el contratista que han resuelto su problema que afectó el aire acondicionado en varios campus de Fort Worth ISD.

Como resultado, los controles centrales de los sistemas de aire acondicionado están funcionando correctamente. Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que puede tomar un poco de tiempo para que los edificios escolares se enfríen a las temperaturas ideales.

Families,

Fort Worth ISD was informed that an underground telecommunications cable was accidentally damaged during work being done by a contractor. As a result, the District’s central controls for air conditioning at several schools have been impacted.

In response, we have relocated students and staff to air-conditioned areas within school buildings.

However, 六合彩资料大全 has been told the repairs by contractors have encountered delays, and they do not have a timeline for completion.

The following nine schools currently do not have air conditioning and families have been informed that they may pick up their children:

  • Carroll Peak Elementary

  • Leadership Academy at Maude Logan Elementary

  • Luella Merrett Elementary

  • Metro Opportunity School

  • North Side High School

  • Rolling Hills Elementary

  • Springdale Elementary

  • S.S. Dillow Elementary

  • Waverly Park Elementary

  • Westpark Elementary

Fort Worth ISD fue informado de que un cable subterráneo de telecomunicaciones fue dañado accidentalmente durante un trabajo hecho por una compañía contratista. Como resultado, los controles centrales de aire acondicionado del Distrito fueron afectados en varias escuelas.

Ya hemos reubicado a los estudiantes y al personal en áreas con aire acondicionado dentro de los edificios escolares.

Sin embargo, se le ha informado al Distrito que las reparaciones hechas por los contratistas han encontrado retrasos, y no tienen una fecha para terminar.
