Aye Heights! I am new to Texas this year, coming from Tennessee where I taught and coached for 15 years. I’m excited to be Teaching Art and Coaching Cross Country and Wrestling at Arlington Heights. I taught and coached for 13 years at Science Hill High School in Johnson City, TN and then moved to Chattanooga, TN where I taught at Dalewood Middle School and Red Bank High School. I also ran a youth running program in the Chattanooga area, coaching third thru ninth grade kids. I’m passionate about helping people achieve their goals, both in the classroom and in life. In addition to teaching and coaching, I love to travel, coach CrossFit, Run, lift, and am in graduate school working on a Masters in Exercise Science (strength and nutrition). I also have an amazing dog named Nelson who loves people, playing catch, and running. My boyfriend and I have been enjoying exploring the area and look forward to seeing more of what Texas has to offer.
