    WHHS students are workforce ready!

    Four of our Education and Training seniors, Bethany, Karma, Taina, and Karen were honored at the City of Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker's "Where Achievement Begins" celebration yesterday. Western Hills is so proud!

  • Job Fair

    Career & Tech students had the great opportunity to travel to Tarrant County College for the Student Internship and Hiring fair! The fair had plenty of employers that brought opportunities for part-time jobs and internships!

  • Non-Discrimination Policy in Career and Technical Education Programs:
    1. Fort Worth ISD offers Career and Technical Education programs in all 14 career clusters, including Gold Seal Programs of Choice Programs. Admission to the programs is based on interest, lottery selection, age appropriateness, and class space availability.
    2. It is the policy of Fort Worth ISD not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, disability, gender identity and expression, military/veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by law in its vocational programs, services or activities as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
    3.
