Campus Coordinator

Dr. Young has been an educator in the public school system for 17 years. She earned her B.S. in Mathematical Sciences, from Florida A& M University in 2005. In 2008, she earned her M.S in Applied Statistics and Doctorate in Secondary Education with a concentration in Mathematics from Kennesaw State University in 2018. She has taught middle school, high school, and college as well as served as an instructional coach. She attributes her success to the different experiences and connections she has been able to make with students and their families. Some of her fondest moments are working with students through application of STEM. Dr. Young is a Fort Worth native and who enjoys fishing, shooting pool, and collecting sneakers. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, building lego models, and traveling.
