At the 2024 Paschal awards ceremony, the PTA had the honor of presenting both a teacher and a parent with the 2023-24 PHS Texas PTA Honorary Lifetime Membership Award. This high honor is presented to individuals for outstanding service to children and youth. This year the award was presented to Mrs. Caitlin Pfeifer and Mrs. Jennifer Litke.
Mrs. Pfeifer was recognized for her hard work and dedication to her students whether in the math classroom, coaching cheerleaders or helping with senior activities. Her students said not only do they learn a lot from her about math, but they also learn a lot about life.
The second award was presented to Mrs. Jennifer Litke for her 16 years of service to local PTAs. She served on PTA boards through her kids' years at Lily B Clayton Elementary, McLean and through all of their years at Paschal. She has served as Secretary, Ways & Means VP, President, Parliamentarian and most recently, Treasurer. There is no one more reliable and the PTA will miss Jennifer greatly in the years to come!
PTA de Paschal está agradecido por cada uno de ustedes que van más allá por los estudiantes. Paschal tiene la suerte de contar con un personal increíble de maestros, administradores y puestos de apoyo, incluyendo a los padres y miembros de la comunidad.
En la ceremonia de entrega de premios, el PTA tuvo el honor de presentar tanto a un maestro como a un padre el Premio de Membresía Vitalicia Honoraria del PTA de Texas para el año escolar 2023-24. Este gran honor se otorga a personas por su servicio excepcional a niños y jóvenes. Este año, el premio se otorgó a la Sra. Caitlin Pfeifer y a la Sra. Jennifer Litke.
La Sra. Pfeifer fue reconocida por su arduo trabajo y dedicación a sus estudiantes, ya sea en el aula de matemáticas, entrenando a las porristas o ayudando con las actividades para los estudiantes de último año. Sus estudiantes dijeron que no solo aprenden mucho de ella sobre matemáticas, sino que también aprenden mucho sobre la vida.
El segundo premio se le otorgó a la Sra. Jennifer Litke por sus 16 años de servicio a los PTA locales. Our sub varsity put on a solid performance and the varsity group scored a sweepstakes, all 1s, and will be moving on to state competition.

Paschal JV came home with the Vocal Excellence Award and 2nd place overall!

Congratulations to Alejandra “Ale” Davila who auditioned and made the All-Region Mariachi ensembles.
Even more amazing is she made it on a secondary instrument, Guitarra De Golpewhich is an instrument recently receiving a renaissance and is fairly new to us.
We are proud of you Ale!
