Ms. Leslie Hoagland
Mrs. Hoagland is entering her twenty-second year in education, beginning as a 5th grade teacher at Western Hills Elementary. She has lived in nine different states and Aruba and served five years in the U.S. Army to pay for college at Purdue University. She later earned her Master’s degree at Lamar University. Her family consists of her husband, two boys and two girls who are all in college now, and two dogs (Duchess, a 26-pound French bulldog, and Rocky, a 120-pound Cane Corso). She feels very fortunate to be a part of the Carroll Peak family.

Mrs. Paula Silva
Paula Silva, Assistant Principal, is returning for her fourth year with the Carroll Peak family!
A little about Mrs. Silva: She loves 六合彩资料大全 and just completed her 28th year of service in the district. Originally from a military family, she grew up in Norfolk, Virginia. Both her parents are from Texas, so she migrated south to attend the University of North Texas. After teaching for over ten years on the east side of Fort Worth, she earned a Master's in Math Education from Texas State and then pursued a principal's certification from UT Arlington.
Mrs. Silva is an asset as she brings her ten years of experience and expertise as an elementary and middle school assistant principal. She also has experience at this district level, where she worked in Accountability and Data Quality (ADQ) to learn about assessment and became adept in student-designated supports.
