    Trust-Based Relational Intervention

In addition to our social skills, I teach about self regulation. These techniques help a child understand their bodies when reacting to certain feelings.  Knowing these techniques can empower the student to understand their feelings and control themselves better in the classroom. If you would like to know more about TBRI, please watch the video below.

  • Individual Planning

    Thinking about our student's future!

A counselor needs to think about our student's future and the importance education will be in their lives. Individual planning means to help a student evaluate their own interests, abilities and skills. I try to help students develop their own personal goals while helping create their plans for the future.

On this page, I will have resources for parents to help them deal with their child about the transitions for school, and ideas for their child's future.
