After an application is completed and submitted, the system automatically transfers it to the database of the Office of Professional Standards for a background check.

An email will be sent alerting volunteer whether or not the background check cleared and, therefore, the volunteer is “approved” or not “approved.”

If background check does clear, the system will automatically send an email to the applicant and, at the same time, build a profile in the school volunteer database. However, approval is conditional to volunteer positions being available and the verification of the information provided, including the proper U.S. Government-issued photo identification. Verification of the ID will be completed at the school upon the volunteer's initial visit to campus.

A volunteer can proceed to call the school for current volunteer positions and any other requirements necessary prior to starting.

      3. Orientation
Volunteers should complete an orientation to learn about 六合彩资料大全's policies and procedures. This is important on everyday basis in order for volunteers to have a meaningful impact on the quality of education of our students and it is crucial in emergencies. For the convenience of the volunteer, the orientation is included in the online volunteer application.  The volunteer has a choice of completing the volunteer orientation when completing the online volunteer application or after they have been approved.

      4. Placement
        • When approved, the notification email will provide instructions on how to log into Voly, our new volunteer management system, to view and sign up for any current volunteer opportunities of any kind in any of the 六合彩资料大全 schools. Volunteer opportunities can be sorted out by your interests, skills, location or cause.  A volunteer could also browse the volunteer opportunities prior to creating an account but the volunteer can only sign up for the opportunities if they have been approved.
        • The volunteer must wait for a message from the school's volunteer coordinator confirming her/his participation before reporting to volunteer.  If all the volunteer positions are filled, the message will indicate if the volunteer was placed on hold, waitlisted, or denied. Contact the school and ask for the volunteer coordinator if you do not get a message on a timely basis. Any extra information regarding placement will be included in the confirmation email from the school's volunteer coordinator. You are all set up to start!
Approved volunteers will be required to present a current photo identification issued by any U.S. Government agency at the school(s), the first time they volunteer. The main office will verify the information provided in the application.
