Dr. Tiffany Moody holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies with a specialization in Early Childhood Education from Prairie View A&M University. Her career started as an elementary teacher in 2004 in Alief Independent School District located on the southwest side of Houston, TX. She went on to obtain a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas - Houston and during that time transitioned to Houston Independent School District. Dr. Moody holds a Doctor of Education in Ethical Leadership degree from University of St. Thomas - Houston as well. Her /domain/474/19-year career has been in urban education as she has worked extensively in Texas public schools by completing /domain/474/10 years of classroom teaching experience at the elementary level, four years of literacy coaching, and five years as an assistant principal. 

Dr. Moody believes in molding global citizens through the education that is provided for students, as the idea is to prepare students for college, career, or civic life. Dr. Moody has a strong belief in a transdisciplinary curriculum in which learning is done through real-world applications, taking the learning beyond the classroom. Students must understand how what they are learning applies to their everyday life. Providing a hands-on experience for students creates an episodic experience that leaves a lasting understanding of the world around them. Dr. Moody is very passionate about learning and strives to make that an excellent experience for each and every student.
