Dear Rufino Mendoza Elementary Family,

It is my absolute pleasure to introduce myself to you as the principal at Rufino Mendoza Elementary School in this upcoming school year 2023-2024. This is my 18th year working in education in a variety of roles. I sincerely believe that education is key for all students, and they can achieve their goals and dreams through a solid education. Education is the foundation of each individual’s future. It is my goal to inspire, influence, and impact all at Rufino Mendoza Elementary to reach their goals and be successful. I look forward to getting to know the community, parents, students, and staff and am confident that together we can see great growth in each student this coming year.

Outside of the school setting, I enjoy spending time with my nieces and nephews. I volunteer weekly with a mission that serves the homeless of Fort Worth and I enjoy traveling, fishing, hiking, and anything with sunshine.

As a born and raised Fort Worth person, I am so proud and honored to serve at Fort Worth ISD and am looking forward to an incredible school year with each of you. I am excited to watch your students grow this coming year at Rufino Mendoza. I look forward to hearing from you and will send out an invitation soon for us to meet personally. Es mi gran placer presentarme como su nueva directora de la escuela primaria Rufino Mendoza para el próximo año escolar 2023-2024. Este es mi año 18 trabajando en educación en varias posiciones. Sinceramente creo que la educacion es la clave para que los estudiantes puedan alcanzar sus metas y sueños mediante una formación académica sólida.

La educación es la base del futuro de cada individuo. Es mi meta inspirar, influenciar e impactar a todos en la escuela primaria Rufino Mendoza, para que puedan alcanzar todas sus metas y ser exitosos. Espero poder conocer a la comunidad, los padres, los estudiantes y a los empleados pronto, y me siento confiada de que juntos veremos un creamiento grande en cada estudiante en el nuevo año escolar.

Afuera del ambiente escolar, disfruto pasar tiempo con mis sobrinos. Soy voluntaria semanalmente con misioneros que sirven a los desamparados de Fort Worth y disfruto viajar, pescar, escalar y cualquier actividad bajo el sol.

Como una persona nacida y criada en Fort Worth, me siento orgullosa y honrada de servir en el distrito escolar de Fort Worth, y espero con ansias un increíble año escolar en Rufino Mendoza. Espero saber de ustedes pronto y les enviaré una invitación para poder conocerlos personalmente. Mis puertas están abiertas desde ahora. Dear Parents/Guardians of Rufino Mendoza Elementary,

I have the pleasure to continue serving our northside community as the new Assistant Principal of Rufino Mendoza. I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Texas Wesleyan University and my Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from University of Texas at Arlington. 

I have 15 years in education, three as teacher assistant, ten as teacher and two as an Assistant Principal.  It is my intent to gain the trust and respect of everyone at our school, and our community, always working collaboratively for the best interest of our students.

I am looking forward to getting to know our students and to start building a relationship with them and their families. I truly believe the success of a student depends on the support they receive from people around them and we as educators play an important role in this, but the main support comes from their family.  We will become the best team for them and we will help them to have a great school year.

On a personal note, I am married, have one daughter and two beautiful dogs. I love spending time with my family, traveling, and learning new things.

Estimados padres/tutores de la Primaria Rufino Mendoza,

Tengo el placer de continuar sirviendo a la comunidad del norte de Fort Worth como la nueva subdirectora de Rufino Mendoza. Tengo 15 años en educación; tres años como asistente de maestra(o), diez como maestra y dos como subdirectora.  Recibí mi licenciatura en Educación Primaria de TWU y mi maestría en Liderazgo Educativo y Estudios de Políticas de  UTA. 

Mi intención es ganarme el respeto y confianza de mis compañeros educadores y de nuestra comunidad, siempre trabajando y colaborando juntos para  obtener los mejores resultados para nuestros estudiantes.

Estoy contenta de conocer a nuestros estudiantes y de comenzar a construir una buena relación con ellos y con sus familias. Creo firmemente que el éxito de un estudiante depende del apoyo que recibe de las personas a su alrededor. Se que nosotros como educadores tenemos un papel muy importante que desempeñar, pero el más importante  es el apoyo de sus familias. Juntos seremos el mejor equipo de apoyo para que nuestros estudiantes tengan un excelente año.

En lo personal, estoy casada, tengo una hija y dos hermosos perritos. Me encanta pasar tiempo con mi familia, viajar y aprender cosas nuevas.

Nunca dude en comunicarse conmigo si tiene una duda, una preocupación, o una sugerencia. Mi puerta siempre estará abierta para dialogar.

I have been with 六合彩资料大全 since 2007, teaching Math in the 8th grade. He spent three years at Handley Middle School and thirteen years at Riverside Middle School. He's been a math coach, a district presenter, helped to write curriculum for 六合彩资料大全 Math, and has worked alongside many, many amazing teachers. I am looking forward to being a part of this school and community, and working with the highly motivated teachers here Rufino Mendoza. 

I have been married fourteen years, with three children. My daughter is 13, my son is 11, and my youngest daughter is 1.5 years. I love the Texas Rangers and have been lucky enough to see the first ever World Series game in Arlington in 2010.
