Day of Service
January 20th
Each year the Jo Kelly staff, students and their families participate in the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service.
In December 2019 they were asked to focus on collecting toiletries. There was a collection box in the front foyer under The Giving Tree. The items were collected and distributed to the Fort Worth Homeless Community on January 20th 2020.

Carin “CJ” Evans graduated from Baylor University in 1996 and from Regent University School of Law in 2001. She has been practicing law in Texas for over 17 years and is also licensed in Arkansas.
CJ is a member of the Texas Pro Bono College and facilitates a monthly legal clinic at The Women’s Center of Tarrant County.
From 2009-2013 she sat on the board of Explore! The Children's Museum, a STEM-focused mobile children's museum that brings fun and unique science experiences to Title 1 schools.
She has four children, all students in 六合彩资料大全. In addition to being involved in her children's schools she served on 六合彩资料大全's District Advisory Committee and Como Leadership Academy’s Site Based Committee from 2017-2019. In May 2019 CJ was elected as 六合彩资料大全 District 5 Trustee.
In her spare time CJ enjoys gardening, cooking, and watching her kids play sports. She is fluent in Spanish.

Jo Kelly School was awarded Fort Worth ISD’s Webby Award winner for the month of February 2019. The Webby Award recognizes campus websites that engage families, students, alumni and the community.

2019 Pumpkins for Auction!
Each year the classrooms at Jo Kelly School decorate pumpkins for auction to a community group called, "Hispanic Organization Helping People" or H.O.H.O.
This is a dedicated group of local people that was formed in 2004 who hold fund raising events throughout the year in the Fort Worth area. Their mission is to raise money and give to local families in need. 'H.O.H.O.' has been donating to Jo Kelly School for years.
