School Uniform Description
2021-2022
The District's dress code for Leadership Academy at Forest Oak is established in an effort to improve student learning and to facilitate a safe learning environment. It is intended to instill discipline, school pride, prevent disruption, avoid safety hazards and teach respect for authority.
The school uniform for the 2021-2022 school year is listed below:
Shirts: Grade 6- Maroon/Burgundy or Gray polo-style, collared shirt with or without school crest
Grade 7 - Gray polo-style, collared shirt with or without school crest
Grade 8 - Black polo-style, collared shirt with or without school crest
Bottoms: Khaki or Black uniform pants, shorts, skirts, capris or jumpers are acceptable.
Each student will be provided with the following uniform pieces at no charge:
- Two short sleeve polo-style collared shirts with school logo/crest
- One long sleeve sweatshirts with school logo/crest
