Fourth grade students at Westcliff participate in the mentoring program. Academy 4 believes mentoring is the most effective tool to give children greater academic achievement, school involvement, self-esteem, and to view their futures more positively.  Through mentoring we can open a child’s mind to the possibilities and choices of a different future. 

Los estudiantes del cuarto grado de Westcliff estarán participando en el programa de mentoria . Academy 4 considera que la mentoría es la herramienta más efectiva para dar al niño altos logros escolares, involucrarse en la escuela, aumentar su autoestima y mirar su futuro de forma más positiva.  A través de la mentoría podemos abrir la mente de los ninos a otras posibilidades y opciones para un futuro diferente.
